* Do not claim that we ship the very latest version of Perl in the
base system.
* Update links to FreeBSD packages to use the 'Latest/pkgname.tgz'
link so that we don't have to keep the version numbers updated.
* Expand some </> shorthand.
* Fix a few typos.
