Hi, Without -DNO_WERROR, i sometimes get a build failure on CURRENT sources, as shown below. However, this does not always occur, maybe 30% of the compiles succeed. Why would it sometimes compile fine? I've deleted my /usr/obj and /usr/src, and even my cvs repositry, without success.# Gavin cc -c -O -pipe -Wall -Wredundant-decls -Wnested-externs -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wpointer-arith -Winline -Wcast-qual -fformat-extensions -ansi -g -nostdinc -I- -I. -I/usr/src/sys -I/usr/src/sys/dev -I/usr/src/sys/contrib/dev/acpica -I/usr/src/sys/contrib/ipfilter -I/usr/src/sys/../include -D_KERNEL -ffreestanding -include opt_global.h -fno-common -elf -mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 -Werror /usr/src/sys/dev/amr/amr.c cc1: warnings being treated as errors /usr/src/sys/dev/amr/amr.c: In function `amr_bio_command': /usr/src/sys/dev/amr/amr.c:817: warning: unsigned int format, different type arg (arg 3) *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src. epsilon# To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
