Approval is only needed if it is a new port or when a version update is needed. This is just a clean up action. There is a lot which needs to be cleaned up. > We are in a ports > freeze you know, and this isn't a change that fixes a build or run > problem. The freeze is, as far as I understand, to get the ports-collection in shape for the release of 5.0. That means, as far as I get it, fixing ports which don't build. One of the stages of building is fetching. If the source of a port can't be fetched from one if its master_sites, I consider it broken and it needs to be repaired. I would have prefered if you would have responded on my private email(*) so that this would have been fixed without this much fuzz[sp]; there are lots of things to do, for both you and me. Edwin (*) which you did after this email. -- Edwin Groothuis | Personal website: http://www.mavetju.org edwin@mavetju.org | Weblog: http://www.mavetju.org/weblog/weblog.php To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe cvs-all" in the body of the message
