This doesn't look like an error message at all.  Please don't
paraphrase; your summary of events is insufficient (for me, at least)
to determine what went wrong.  Think of it this way: If I told you
that ``my car can't drive me to work,'' does that give you any idea at
all of what's actually wrong?

Please write the list again with the *exact* text that you saw and
*exactly* what you were doing when it appeared.

Then why doesn't that address appear in the `from' and/or `reply-to'
header fields?
