>Description:
I fetched a Live-CD of FreeBSD + MirBSD on the LinuxTag 2006 and stuffed that into my PC (amd64/1g ram, sata). The machine ran through its BIOS-included hardware detection, then accessed the CD drive (Samsung mixmaster-DVD-something), then hang, with the screen being completely blank.
