You might try upgrading the BIOS, as that seems to be a fairly old revision IIRC. Be sure to download the firmware from Dell. Search for either megaraid or Perc in the driver section. The driver creator, msmith@freebsd.org might be able to help if the newer BIOS still gives you this problem.
