Cool, I was wondering when someone was going to work through it.

I have a bunch of doc make(1) patches coming up (hopefully getting olink
working, but definitely fixing the images out-of-date stuff and
"external" documents), so don't commit this too soon. (:

In fact, it's a holiday down here tomorrow, so I'll be happy to review
this and commit it, if possible, with my stuff after my little
regression suite gets done with it.
