Yes, there was personal mail from me with this words AND additional ways
to resolve it properly I describe during public discussion with copies to
you - in short I say that fonts must be untouched (not increase existen
non-conformance) and koi8-u must be addition, not replacement of something
existen.

No, they don't include koi8-u characters, they stay at koi8-r as XFree86 
variant. I mean that Maxim says that he agrees with removing my backout or 
updating to more koi8-r conformant variant, I choose second.
