When I created www/en/administration.sgml back in 2007, my initial plan 
was to nuke all the team specific information from the Contributors 
article.  This is still something that I would like to do, but if you 
want to do the work for me, please go ahead.  :-)

Parts of my commit message:

"This is meant to replace certain sections of the contributors article, 
as this contains more up-to-date information and more teams etc.  I'll 
take a look at removing the sections in question and all references to 
them soon."

Obviously the last part never happened.  :-/

I vote for (b).
