I haven't been able to make a release for a few weeks now. I got close on
today's cvsup but when I was almost ready to celebrate, it ended with:

rm -f .depend GPATH GRTAGS GSYMS GTAGS
cd /usr/src/release/..; MAKEFLAGS="-m /usr/src/release/../share/mk"
MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX=/usr/obj  DESTDIR=  INSTALL="sh /usr/src/tools/install.sh"
PATH=/usr/obj/usr/src/i386/legacy/usr/sbin:/usr/obj/usr/src/i386/legacy/usr/bin:/usr/obj/usr/src/i386/legacy/usr/games:/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin
 WORLDTMP=/usr/obj/usr/src/i386  MAKEFLAGS="-m /usr/src/tools/build/mk  -V
TMAKE" make -f Makefile.inc1  BOOTSTRAPPING=500111 -DNO_CPU_CFLAGS -DNO_WARNS
build-tools
make: no system rules (sys.mk).
*** Error code 2

Stop in /usr/src/release.
+ umount /dev
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/release.

I made world and a new kernel on the same cvsup before trying to make
release. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks,

ed
