I have just done a "make installkernel KENRCONF=GENERIC" and found all the .ko files were installed in the root directory Is this the new place? I did not notice any message in UPDATING. After a looking at the Makefiles in /usr/src I found a variable called KODIR and adding "KODIR=/modules" to the make command restored the original behavior. Do I need to set KODIR in etc/make.conf? --- Christopher Hall <hsw@generalresources.com> Fax: +886-2-2795-3030 Christopher Hall <hsw@acm.org> Phone: +886-2-2795-5799 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
