A related problem is how to device discovery so you would know what name to give to disklabel or to put in /etc/fstab- but that's a separate discussion. Which then brings me back to where I came in the middle of this film- if this is gonna happen for FreeBSD 5.0 for sure, then I don't need to do the partial solution.
