Happy New Year Everyone!

OK, here is the deal. I am trying to make freebsd work with ATI Mach64-GP
(aka ati rage pro turbo), but have no luck so far whatsoever.
I have 4 pci slots in my box, and there is only nic and video, both of them
set up properly and work fine separately: if I take nic out my box starts
fine, but when I put nic in I have this:

Preloaded elf kernel "kernel" at 0xc0480000
Intel Pentium detected, installing workaround for F00F bug
ml0: Malloc disk
npx0: <math proccessor> on motherboard
pcib0: <Host to PCI bridge> on motherboard
pci0: <PCI bus> on pcib0
isab0: <SiS 85c506 PCI-ISA bridge> at device 1.0 on pci0
isa0: <ISA bus> on isab3
atapci0: <SiS 5591 ATA33 controller> port 0x4000-0x400f,
0x90000020-0x900000023x, 0x98c2000-0x98c2007, 0x8182400-0x8182403,

ata0: at 0x1f0 irq 14 on atapci0
ata1: at 0x170 irq 15 on atapci0
pci0: <ATI Mach64-GP graphics accelerator> at 9.0 irq 0
rl0: <D-Link DFE-530TX+ 10/100BaseTX> irq 0 at device 13.0 on pci0
rl0: couldn't map ports/memory

fdc0: <NEC 765 or clone> at port 0x3f0-0x3f5, 0x3f7 irq 6 drq 2 on isa0
atkbdc: <Keyboard controller (i8042))> at port 0x60,0x64 on isa0
atkbd0: <AT Keyboard> flags 0x1 irq 1 on atkbdc

and thats it. After that last line my computer just freezes - ctrl-alt-del
doesn't work :)
If I take out the nic, and try to boot up everything works fine. I dont know
what happens if I take out video - 'm not skilled enough to work without
monitor.
Now, another question is - if there is problem between nic and video, why
does booting up stops at loading keyboard drivers?
Another thing, why does it see both nic and video on pci0 and they both have
irqs of 0? That doesn't look right...
It is freebsd 4.4 release (from cd), fresh installed - thought problem
might've been in my kernel, so reinstalled the whole thing just to be on the
safe side - with generic kernel, both of this hardware pieces work 100%
separaterly.
Any suggestoins anyone?

cheers,
AlCapone
