The only problem I can see -- assuming it runs at all -- is that any tech support contracts for the software will likely assume you're running it under Linux. They may not be happy trying to troubleshoot it under FreeBSD and may want to blame the OS for any problems you encounter. I try to run commercial software on "officially supported" operating systems just for that reason.help
