The Atlas was, originally, a DEC design, and I believe that the
34301 (the Grand Prix) is a Quantum design. Of these two, the Atlas is
the preferred drive. ;-)
The Atlas II is about to hit the market, and so it's unknown if the
Atlas II is as good as the Atlas.
