Hi John,

Have you had a look at the Virtualmin Webmin module 
<http://www.webmin.com/index8.html>. They also have a 'Professional' 
version at <http://www.virtualmin.com/>.

Other than the above a load of commercial control panels out there 
support FreeBSD - most install custom versions of mail daemons / Apache 
/ etc and are intended to be installed from a clean FreeBSD install. In 
the past we've used Directadmin, and Plesk for our dedicated hosting 
customers.
