Those at universities should traceroute to cvsup3 (xyz.lcs.mit.edu) and
compare the route with other CVSup servers.  If your Univ. has connected
to VBNS.net you may be surprised how short the hop count is, and how much
unused bandwidth there is.  9!! hops from my my lab in California to this
server in Massachusetts.
