Look into pkg_add -r

Dunno where they are on the CD set, probably on one of the higher-numbered
disks. Has 4.2 even been shipped on CD yet? Or are you talking about the
ISO image available for FTP, which is only disk 1 of the 4 CD set released
by BSDi?
