I maintain the www/apache13-fp and www/frontpage ports, they are supposed to
work on FreeBSD-Alpha as they install the Digital Unix (Tru64) Frontpage
Extentions binaries. I have an FreeBSD-Alpha user who is trying to get
these ports working on his Alpha (5.0-RELEASE), but he is getting errors
when the fp_install.sh script attempts to install the FP root web.

Will chown web to www as part of install.
Will chgrp web to www as part of install.
exception system: exiting due to internal error: out of memory trying to
    allocate exception system resources
    Abort trap
    ERROR: / installation failed.
    Hit enter to continue

Exiting due to an error! Please fix the error and try again.

His Alpha system is configured with 1G swap and 512M RAM.

He did a kldstat -v and it shows that he has the osf1.ko module loaded. He
also has the osf1_base port installed (which may/may not be needed by the
port).

Is anyone using one of these port combinations on FreeBSD-Alpha:

    www/apache13-fp + www/frontpage
    www/apache13[-modssl] + www/mod_frontpage + www/frontpage

Scot
