Under UNIX, it is a separate client that 'ftp'.  But it does really
drop into thew Windows world very nicely...

I'm using this with success for webhosting, but take note: this is
_not_ a stock FTP server, and there are no Machintosh clients.

All of the Mac-flavored 'tunnel FTP over SSH' techniques will not apply.
