I'd probably go with: Backup, install disks, do binary installation, restore. You might also get away with something like: . Add the two 4 GB disks. . Partition, label, mount them under /mnt. . Boot single user and tar/untar everything over to /mnt. . Edit /mnt/etc/fstab .
