Sorry, but the driver in RELENG_3 assumes a register to be available
for SCRIPTS micro-code, which became a status register in the 895 and
896 chips. You have to use the driver as in -current (I can send diffs
if you do not have a local CVS tree). I wanted to wait a little longer
before I merge the Ultra-2 changes into -stable. (But if you find that
the modifications work for you as well as they do for me, I'll commit
them very soon, say next weekend ;-)
