There appear to be some major issues with 4.4-RC booting on a Sony Vaio R505TE. 4.3-RELEASE boots fine, however after a cvsup and make world, it hangs at mounting the root fs. It just sits there forever doing nothing. I'm trying a snapshot from mid-July right now to see if it's Warner's changes or something else causing it. It's hard to tell at this point, because like I said, it does absolutely nothing but sit there. - jim -- jim mock <mij@soupnazi.org> tech writer | iXsystems, Inc. http://soupnazi.org/ work: jim@ixsystems.net | jim@FreeBSD.org To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
