This is great! I always wanted to be a stock holder of BSDi, now I can :-). Too bad I sold my WindRiver stock some months ago because I felt the end of a closed-source operating system given FreeBSD and Linux. If WindRiver stands by BSDi (so if this was not a hostile takeover) this gives us a leading edge on the embedded systems market that has seen some growth on all the Linux hype. You think they had taken BSDi because they want to go with the BSD operating system?
