          ^ the question mark is a typo. It should be a full stop.

PS:

_If_ text/plain of multipart/alternative messages would be correctly
formatted, it would be "fine", but nowadays almost all
multipart/alternative messages provide an unreadable formatted plain
text part. Sometimes even the content of the plain text part is
completely different to the content of the HTML part.
