I added printf at every 100,000th iteration in both locations but I didn't get any output at all.. Seems it stuck in some other place. During my test I actually passed that stage a couple of times but still the xhci_do_command times out and I get the mountroot> prompt.... With the 9.1 driver I never get either of the errors.
