Look for the lines in your sendmail.cf:

# file containing IP numbers of machines which can use our relay
F{LocalIP} /etc/mail/LocalIP

# file containing names of machines which can use our relay
F{LocalNames} /etc/mail/LocalNames

create/edit as needed.
