1st round of patches for for apsfilter-STABLE (RELENG_5) v 5.4.2
- bin/apsfilter:
- Print recode(1) output using print_raw.
- Look for `*.upp' instead of `uniprint' in print_dvi.
- Take $USE_RECODE into account when using the ascii method.
- Provide default $PRINT_REDIR for non-Samba, non-remote printers.
- Default options for recode were provided twice.
- Corrected `PSUTILS' to `PS_UTILS'.
- Ignoring signals instead of trapping them with echo.
- Changed to new recode invocation syntax.
- SETUP:
- Disabled changing the resolution on Uniprint and PostScript printers.
