Synopsis: /etc/defaults/make.conf:LEAPSECONDS= true?

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: sheldonh
State-Changed-When: Mon Jul 24 08:17:03 PDT 2000
State-Changed-Why:
Garrett's opinion is that LEAPSECONDS should not be promoted
as a user-tweakable setting, given the confusion caused in
the past by having two variants of the timezone database.
