https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D208910 Bug ID: 208910 Summary: if_bridge does not work properly with vlans and VIMAGE Product: Base System Version: 10.3-RELEASE Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: heliocentric@gmail.com VIMAGE network stacks have issues with a bridge on top of a vlan interface. This limits the utility of having many jails on a freebsd host where the ja= ils are bound to multiple vlans, resulting in having to bridge the entire trunk port to work around it, which can be a security risk. A patch was already introduced to truenas by delphij a few years ago, and it was confirmed to work on 10.3-RELEASE: https://github.com/trueos/trueos/commit/02859369158af2ae3bcb6a9e4434841239f= 7c526.diff --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
