Sorry, I thought I followed up on this.

I was lent a couple of 133MHz FSB CPUs and some PC100 ECC memory by ASA 
Computers; the 133MHz CPUs don't like this board, but the ECC memory 
worked fine with the 100MHz FSB CPUs I've been using.
