The USB wake up can still even device is detached. 
Before system enter to S3 and when detach the USB device, we can enable device's remote wake up feature.
it can still send out the resume signal to host if it connected from hardware.

Hi,

FreeBSD USB detach and reset the XHCI before going to sleep.

So likely wakeup doesn't work, because the USB device is no longer
enumerated.
