Yes. Possibly even something in the inetd man page about not having to HUP
the server the hosts.allow changes.

P.S. A kind soul told me about using IP addresses rather than host names
for portmap entries. Could the sample portmap entries in hosts.allow be
changed to _not_ use host and domain names? Also a comment in the gernal
area about this requirement would help a lot.
