  FreeBSD src repository

  Removed files:
    etc/rc.d             ike 
  Log:
  Remove redundant ike rc.d script, since we do not have an IPsec IKE
  daemon in the base system and all the IKE daemons in the Ports
  Collection has their own rc.d script.
