For added performance on multi-user freebsd boxes, I was wondering if there's any way to load the inode structure in memory. Though I have to agree this is likely to be a significant memory hog, I'd like to know if there's any way to accomplish this. If I'm totally out of my mind, please let me know with significant reasons to backup your claim.
