Hi all, I've found finally the solution on http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/htdig/freebsd-mobile/2005-May/006369.html. And there is a patched kernel for Compaq R3000 available to download. Now FreeBSD 5.4 is installed on my Compaq, great !
