FreeBSD 3.2-STABLE machine trying to maintain compatibilty
w/ aout executables.

A buildworld/installworld fails to build and install
/usr/libexec/ld.so for back aout compatibility,
even if COMPAT22=YES is defined in /etc/make.conf
>How-To-Repeat:
Build and Install "world" on a 3.2-STABLE box with
COMPAT22 defined, but no pre-existing /usr/libexec/ld.so
(which would mask it not being built and installed).
