Even compuserve now offer 3 hours internet per month in the basic charge,
so if anyone feels strongly they could put together an upgrade lifeboat
package, make it ftp'able & ftpmail'able, & announce it periodically on the
newsgroups, (& WC could put a sticky label on the CD's with terse details)
