I guess the last two don't actually differ due to FreeBSD version difference,
but due to little difference in memory availability.

Also I've seen this problem on the third system above, where the values are 4
times the default. So increasing them a little is no solution.

I've not seen the problem on the last machine (with 12.1), but that might be
because re0 is a WAN port on a slow link.
