Where are the manpages for dbm_close, dbm_delete, dbm_fetch,
dbm_firstkey, dbm_forder, dbm_nextkey, dbm_open, dbm_store, dbm_dirfno?

BTW, libc/db/docs/hash.usenix.ps and libc/db/docs/libtp.usenix.ps
should be installed in /usr/share/doc/<xyz>/ (xyz=libc or xyz=db)
