The Accelerated servers (i.e. XF86-S3V) and SVGA use different blocks in the configuration file. Alternatively (this MAY work, I haven't tried it myself) you can just go in and find the "Screen" section, to the line "Driver "Accel"", change that to "Driver "SVGA"".
