YOu will have to re-run XF86Setup/xf86config.  The Accelerated servers
(i.e. XF86-S3V) and SVGA use different blocks in the configuration file.

Alternatively (this MAY work, I haven't tried it myself) you can just go
in and find the "Screen" section, to the line "Driver "Accel"", change
that to "Driver "SVGA"".  Like I said, this may work or it may not, but I
doubt it will screw up your system if you try it, so it's worth a shot.
