I've read it, it looks to be a good starting point. 
One small english nit I spotted:
.Xr vmstat 8                              
can be used monitor memory usage by                                          
           ^ to 
.Nm                                                                            

And there should probably be a .Xr newfs 8 added to SEE ALSO

I think
MDNSECT needs to get into config's options file though, perhaps
it is in -current and just needs MFC'ed.  ohh... and it needs
to be in LINT (again, I am looking at RELENG_4, so this may
be yet another MFC.
