Other OS' run well on it. I've configured the kernel, resolved conflicts. At Storage I have only ATA disk controller (ata0 and ata01), floppy disk controller. I've eliminated all network drivers. After saving, probing begins and ends. The installer hangs on "Mounting root from ufs:/dev/md0c" The last lines are: ad0: 19092MB <ST320423A> [38792/16/63] at ata0-master PIO4 acd0: CDROM <Compaq CRD-8402B> at ata1-master PIO4 Mounting root from ufs:/dev/md0c Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode fault virtual address = 0xff3d0485 fault code = supervisor write, page not present instruction pointer = 0x8:0xc0380386 stack pointer = 0x10:0xc083efe8 frame pointer = 0x10:0xc083eff8 code segment = base 0x0, limit 0xfffff, type 0x1b = DPL 0, pres 1, def32 1, gran 1 processor eflags = interrupt enabled, resume, IOPL = 0 current process = 0 (swapper) interrupt mask = none trap number = 12 panic: page fault >How-To-Repeat: try another install >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
