This is a first install of FreeBSD on this intel i386 (PIII 667 MHz)machine. Other OS' run well on it.
I've configured the kernel, resolved conflicts. At Storage I have only ATA disk controller (ata0 and ata01), floppy disk controller. I've eliminated all network drivers.
After saving, probing begins and ends. The installer hangs on "Mounting root from ufs:/dev/md0c"

The last lines are:
