Actually, I think we settled on once every 3 months.  More than that
and they get kind of annoying to do. :-)

3.0 probably won't see a SNAP until almost February or March,
probably, the justification for that being that there's probably not
going to be a heck of a lot of *difference* between 2.2-RELEASE and
3.0-current for at least another couple of months.  I could be proven
wrong, in which case a SNAP will be done sooner, but the degree of
significant divergence to date has been small.
