I went into directory /usr/ports/x11 and typed make install.
some strange questons came and I typed the default [yes] to all of them
:-)

Can someone please help me to solve this problem ?
before I start to hack, you surely need some more
information ?

Right now, Im sitting on a debian Linux workstation.
I can start freebsd, login as morten or root,
but I can't start any xserver.
This log file "/var/log/XFree86.0.log" was not present
on my system.

Yours Sincerely
