They are just traces.  There are no active components. Well, you are
supposed to have a bias cap between power and ground, but that's
literally it.

Define really cheak.  There was a URL posted here a while ago with
them, but I can't find it now.  The TARP ones work, but are pricy.  We 
make our own for about $25, but now you can get them from somewhere
(and I can't find it) for about that.  Is that cheap enough?
