Synopsis: new ports: mail/ftrack (FTN Messages tracker)

State-Changed-Why:
Committed thanks. Next time, please don't submit a port that doesn't
even work -- yours had tons of Makefile bugs, and patch-ac didn't work.
So I fixed all the Makefile bugs and replaced patch-ac with a regex, and
renamed the patchfiles to something sane. I also made this port CFLAGS
and CC safe.
