patch to successfully build editor/libreoffice with lang/gcc5

Great news! I was able to build and test libreoffice compiled with lang/gcc5
with only one small change now. I figured out a better way to have g++5 declare
std::to_string and the various things from stdio.h without touching libreoffice
code at all.
