	once a day, and several of them claim that the average size is
	40kB. This is no longe true, at least for -questions.

>How-To-Repeat:
	Subscribe to the -questions digest, and notice that it
	sometimes shows up twice a day, and the size is never less
	than 100kB.
	

>Fix:

	The attached patch to the english version of the
	eresources/chapter.sgml file changes the wording about digests
	from "once a day" to "over 100kB". This may not be the case for
	all lists, but I can't easily verify that. It also removes the
	mention of the mail sizes from the individual lists.
