Just installed 13.0 on a Thinkpad T490, and it would freeze and require a w=
hole
system reboot after a few minutes of editing config files.  Setting
hint.hwpstate_intel.0.disabled=3D1 let me install KDE5 and it's no longer h=
aving
any freezes.

I assume I am not experiencing the best battery life until this is resolved=
...
